I lost my college sister to Covid-19 yesterday. My friends and I are heartbroken. She had so much joy and life. You knew when she entered the room. She was all magic and light.

Anita reminded me to live out loud, to take risks, to be bold.

As this virus tears through us, I am overwhelmed at the thought of this happening over and over. There will never be another Anita. She was the one, and now she’s gone.
